Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery time may differ slightly if warranted by any unforseen circumstances.

2. In the event when the recipient is not at the designated location, a $10 delivery charge applies for delivery to the 2nd location.

3. We regret there will be no refund for cancellation of orders.

4. An additional $10 delivery charge applies for:
a. Purchases below $50
b. Delivery locations - Jurong Industrial Area, Jurong Island, Tuas, Changi & Loyang

5. That Flower Shop reserves the right to make amendments to the bouquets if warranted by any unforseen circumstances. E.g. replacement of flower colours, accompaniment flowers, leaves, wrappers etc
